I am passionate about working in the space of heritage and agri-food culture. Work together with the communities, from the depth of the products, their historical side, to try to understand what they are looking for, generating citizen participation, working with producers, consumers, local people. Citizens must be involved to identify what they want. An educational process must be developed: Training, education and development. I can contribute a different perspective since I have knowledge from the point of view of the cultural, the historical, not only from the social sciences, I can look at both parts, a more holistic perspective.
