Nostalgic memories playing and working with a uslero when she was just six years old are those that surface in María Beatriz to tell us about her life, when in long afternoons with her grandmother Zenobia, owner of the restaurant El Arbolito, in Larmahue, she spent a large part of her childhood learning the secrets of cooking and food preparation. Its origin is pure pichideguana strain since its roots also link it to the sugar mill declared a Living Human Treasure, Don José Huerta. The love for the land, the value of nature and respect for their own history led her, together with her husband César Doenitz, to venture into the production of a delicious creation of jams and gourmet products, with fruits from their own garden, maintaining processes traditional crafts, on a small scale and using local products as the protagonists of his great creation.
