JORGE CATALAN. The Saddlery Route.
Jorge lives in Rengo, in his home he has his workshop where he works on his trade, he is a leather craftsman. Of great sympathy, he relates that since he was a child he liked to do manual work, he was always attracted to them. He started with oil painting and stayed that way for many years. Seven years ago he started working in leather. His first products were backpacks and he realized that people liked them, encouraging him to continue working since, unlike paintings, his leather products sold more. He learned the techniques of leather work with a saddler intern and with other artisans to later join the “Adamis” group. Jorge sells his products mostly at fairs, there he can be found serving his customers always with a big smile.
